Have you ever discovered something that changed your entire approach in an instant?

That is precisely what happened to me.

In my case the discovery was a photograph of my scalp that made me realise my retightenings were no longer right for me.

It made me see that sometimes everything we need to know is already right there in front of us. Painful retightenings, thinning and more. All we need to do is pick up those pebbles of information and take the bold next steps.

This part of my second Sisterlocks journey is all about taking those steps by combining my locs.

I call it my freer journey.
Why? Because it’s free from rigid maintenance schedules.
Free from retightenings.
